We have as many as 17 multifunctional and modern meeting rooms,
which are all equipped with air conditioning and HD Beamers and have a flexible lay-out.
We offer you and your guests a fast Wi-Fi connection free of charge to ensure you can conduct an effective meeting.

To manage your meeting or event to the last detail we offer various meeting packages.
- The rates do not include room rental.
- Rental time: morning 8:00 – 12:30 hours / afternoon 13:00 – 18:00 hours / evening 18:30 – 22:30 hours

Audio visual equipment
All meeting packages include use of the beamer and projection screen that are integrated into the room. Each meeting room has a HDMI and VGA connection.
We can supply additional audio-visual and other meeting equipment upon request.

Reception and Party packages
Would you like to organise a fully catered reception, get-together, birthday or anniversary?
We gladly help you with the organisation and preparation of your festive gathering. In addition to our cosy bar, we offer 17 festive meeting rooms.
Our personal attention combined with your wishes will guarantee a pleasant and successful party!
We offer packages for groups from 15 people in the cosy bar and for groups from 30 people in a separate room.
Our rates do not include room rental (for groups from 50 adults room rental is included).
The Dutch assortment of drinks consists of: coffee, tea, soft drinks, fruit juices, house wines, draught beer, port, sherry, vermouth, Vieux, gin and brandy.
Add anything extra to your event?
Hotel Almere offers various options to add something extra to your festive gathering. A reception with coffee and cake or a toast with a glass of bubbles? Your wishes are our starting point and we gladly help you with any further details.

Buffets
A buffet is the perfect solution for larger groups. Our buffets offer a variety of warm and cold dishes specially prepared by our kitchen staff.
With our extensive selection of dishes, we offer something for everyone’s taste. It is naturally possible to change the selection of dishes.
